2 months old
- DTaP-IPV-Hib: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Hib
- Pneu-C-13: Pneumococcal disease
- Rot: Rotavirus
4 months old
- DTaP-IPV-Hib: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Hib
- Pneu-C-13: Pneumococcal disease
- Rot: Rotavirus
6 months old
- DTaP-IPV-Hib: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Hib
- Annual Influenza: The flu
12 months old
- Men-C: Meningococcal disease
- MMR: Measles, Mumps, Rubella
- Pneu-C-13: Pneumococcal disease
15 months old
- Varicella: Chicken Pox
18 months old
- DTaP-IPV-Hib: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio, Hib
4-6 years
- MMR-Var: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella
- Tdap-IPV: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Whooping Cough, Polio
Grade 7/8:
- Gardasil/Cervarix (HPV): Given to girls in Grade 8; recommended for any young adult. Available free for women 13-19 years at Public Health Clinics.
- Menactra/Menveo-(meningitis): recommended one-time dose age 12 and up, anytime prior to university
- *The annual influenza vaccine is suggested for all healthy children, ages six months and over. It is particularly recommended for children aged six-59 months as they are more likely to be hospitalized with complications from influenza.

Adult Vaccines
Shingrix (shingles): Recommended for all patients over 50 years old. Covered by OHIP for patients between 65-70 years old.
Adacel / Tdap (tetanus, diptheria and pertussis): Recommended 1-time dose up to 64 years of age. (covered by OHIP)
Tetanus: Recommended every 10 years. Note that the Adacel vaccine also contains the tetanus shot. (covered by OHIP)
Prevnar 20 (pneumococcal / pneumonia): Recommended one-time dose at age 65; earlier if high-risk. (covered by OHIP if no prior pneumonia vaccine received)
Twinrix/Havrix-(hep A/B): Available as-needed for travel.
Travel Vaccines: Please consult a travel clinic for more information.
Flu Shots: Annual shots highly recommended for everyone over the age of 6 months, especially seniors and children. They are first available in October, and then throughout the winter months.
